On Tuesday Dunfermline welcome Premiership opponents in the form of St Johnstone. This will be just the second visit by the Perth side since 2011. In December 2020 the sides drew 1-1 in the League Cup with the Saints going through 4-3 on penalties and ultimately to win that trophy.

St Johnstone’s pre season friendlies include two behind closed doors against Falkirk and Partick Thistle but this is the first of two pre-season friendlies Steven MacLean and his team will play in front of fans.

After games against St Pauli and Cove Rangers, Dunfermline take on Premiership opponents St Johnstone and then Hearts (Sunday 9th July), both at home.
