Dunfermline travel to Coatbridge on Tuesday night in search of three points to keep alive their hopes of qualification out of Viaplay Cup Group F. The Lowland League side have played both their ties so far away from home. Last Tuesday they held Raith at bay until 14 minutes from time and on Saturday they won at Galabank with two late goals to defeat Annan Athletic 2-1.

It will be Albion Rovers first home game since losing 1-0 to Spartans in the League Two play-off final.

League One, Saturday 2nd April 2016

Dunfermline travelled to Coatbridge accompanied by a large travelling support out to further celebrate winning the league title. Rhys McCabe came in for the suspended Josh Falkingham and in goal David Hutton came in for the injured Sean Murdoch. The previous season`s League Two champions formed a guard of honour as the new League One champions entered the field.

In a frustrating game it took until three minutes from time for the Pars to score the only goal of the game. Faisal El BAKHTAOUI picked out Joe Cardle on the left and he carved out a chance chipping the ball across the face of goal for the French Moroccan to head the ball home. 0-1
