“I appeal to as many Pars fans as possible to assist our Club in preparing for the coming season by purchasing a season card.”
Season card sales will start on Wednesday 9 June. They can be purchased online via our new ticketing provider or in person at our Ticket Office at East End Park.
As was the case last year there are still some uncertainties but thankfully not as many as last year, as we turn to the coming season’s card terms and conditions.
Therefore, our package remains flexible at this stage and we ask for everyone’s understanding of these issues, because we cannot be 100% certain at present of the precise split between games that will be streamed live, games that will be subject to reduced numbers, and normal matches with an unrestricted crowd attendance. However, as I said recently, we are confident at this stage that we can accommodate all season card holders within a socially distanced East End Park, in time for the new league campaign starting, even based on the current restrictions.
A season card holder will still purchase their “normal” seat, in their favourite stand, but can only be sure of being able to sit in that specific seat when we are operating without any restrictions. In the case of a ‘socially distanced’ stadium, all season card holders will have priority access to a seat.
We will continue to offer all league matches live on ParsTV free of charge to season card holders for this season, with the exception of under-12 cards which will only be valid for entry to the stadium. The SPFL recently announced that the streaming of matches “live” can continue next season, as there may be some further disruption due to Covid. Therefore, if season card holders cannot attend the match due to any restrictions imposed or due to their personal choice in the first few months, they will have an underlying flexibility built into their season card.
Our premium season card holders, who normally attend the Rennie Suite or Jock Stein Centenary Suite, should purchase a normal ground season card in the first instance and then will be able to upgrade that on a pro rata basis once we are allowed to provide hospitality.
The pricing for this season’s card will remain the same as the 2019/20 season.

As ever, it is important for supporters to remember that our Club will immediately lose one sixth of the income, in VAT, for every ticket sold.
*Under 12 season tickets will not get access to the live streams of home matches for season 2021/22.
Season Cards will go on sale as from Wednesday 9th June, via the new online sites, detailed below. We have changed ticket system providers to make it easier for supporters to buy tickets online.
Our Club Shop/Ticket Office will be open as follows:
Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to noon.
Season card holders from last season can renew their season card through – https://dafc.co.uk/renewals. Only season card holders for whom we hold a valid email address will be able to renew online. Due to the transfer of data from the previous system to the new system some email addresses have been transferred over with a space at the start so if you email address is not recognised please try again with a space at the start (e.g.’firstname.lastname@example.org’ would become ‘ email@example.com’). If your email address does not work, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and your email will be updated.
In future you will use your new season card barcode to log in to the system.
New Season Cards
People wishing to purchase a new season card should visit https://dafc.co.uk/newST.
All season card holders will be issued with a new card ahead of the 2021/22 season. We will announce the details of how and when to collect later. Every season card sold with a valid email address will receive an e-ticket for their season card to use should they require it before their card is ready.
At the Check-Out, supporters can also pay an additional amount over and above their season card price, if they wish, by ticking the donation box and inserting a particular sum. Donations will NOT be subject to VAT and so 100% will be retained by the Club. This new process has been put in place to facilitate the many offers we have had to date from supporters wanting to assist our Club further, as part of their season card renewal. I confirm that all sums received by way of additional donations will be allocated to the Manager’s football budget to strengthen further the playing squad.
We have secured a new finance partner for season 2021/22. We are awaiting the appropriate FCA license before being able to offer this service to supporters. As soon as we are able to, we will announce the launch of this service.
