Dunfermline Athletic

Ross Millen

Ross was hailed as one of the success stories of the Pars Youth System. Joined the club as a midfielder but deployed at full back through lack of players to fulfill that role. A good placer of the ball so he was invariably involved at free kicks and corners.

Ross was with Clyde at a young age before joining St Mirren U11s. He was there until U17 level when he moved to Dunfermline.

The full back's constant adviser has been his father, Andy, who made 745 appearances for 11 Scottish league clubs between 1986 and 2011. But added Jamie Duncanson his U15 coach at St Mirren as an important influence.

First team debut v Hamilton Accies in Scottish Cup tie on 2nd February 2013. Just as he had done in the U20s team Ross was given the responsibility for delivering from many corners and free kicks.

Left at the end of 2014-2015 season.
