Declan O'Kane comes from Musselburgh where he attended St Davids High School. Played with Celtic, Hearts and Scottish Schoolbys. The 18 year old centre midfielder / striker stood out in a friendly against Musselburgh Windsor and after a successful trial joined Dunfermline season 2011-12.
