Iain Wilson left East End Park on 30th January 2022 after the club and the player mutually agreed to end his current contract.
Dunfermline Athletic signed the 21 year old Kilmarnock midfielder Iain Wilson in July 2020. Iain joined the club on a two year deal.
Known to Pars fans if they witnessed one of his four appearances against Dunfermline while on loan at Queen of the South, the Irvine born player made his Kilmarnock debut as a seventeen year old in the Scottish Premiership match against Aberdeen on 6 December 2016.
He has made 51 appearances for Killie and another 26 while at Queen of the South in the early parts of both 2019 and 2020. Described as a strong physical presence in any team Iain has been capped for Scotland at Under 17, Under 19, Under 20 and Under 21 level.
As at 31st May 2021: 27 Dunfermline appearances including nine as substitute.
