Stevie Crawford joins the Pars for a third time

Stevie Crawford has joined Dunfermline from Aberdeen.  Stevie was on S forms at East End Park before being taken to Raith Rovers by Jimmy Nicholl.  In October 1999 he left Hibs to come back to Dunfermline initially on loan, but that move was made permanent and he went on to form a striking partnership with Craig Brewster.

This deal which sees Stevie move from Aberdeen to join the Pars for the rest of this season, and next season - simply wouldn't have been possible without the sponsorship received from a local Dunfermline Businessman.

Jim Leishman commented:-

 "Getting Stevie back into the team is a great plus for us and now with the squad we have - I am much happier to be judged on what we acheive. Its been a dissappointing start to the season but when you see our injury list its very difficult to even put a full first team at the moment.  So between this signing and Jim Hamilton I feel we will have a much better chance at the results we are after."
