Stuart Dearden goes out on loan

Dick Campbell takes Pars youth team player to Forfar Athletic where he could play alongside Andy Tod.

Under 19 team captain Stuart Dearden has signed a Temporary Transfer Agreement this afternoon with Forfar Athletic FC.  He will be out on loan from Monday 2nd February until 24th May 2009.

Forfar boss Dick Campbell is trying hard to get the Loons out of the Third Division.  He has targeted a play off position although still sitting third from bottom with 22 points from 18 games. Forfar have four games in hand over fourth placed Montrose on 32 points.

As well as the possiblity of playing alongside former Pars favourite, Andy Tod, the 18 year old will have another familiar face at Forfar in Calum Smith who joined recently from Brechin City.
