Since the clubs met on the opening day of the season Hamilton Accies have been ever present at the top of the league. Their lead is now four points over Dundee and ten points above Dunfermline.

This will be the club`s the first home game against Hamilton since April 1996.  Fortunes have fluctuated between the two camps but overall the Fifers have a better record in the 61 previous league matches.
