Into The Valley: An East End Odyssey

Thursday, 11th Apr 2013

Auction and Raffle prizes now announced for fund raising book 'Into The Valley: An East End Odyssey'

Into The Valley: An East End Odyssey is a fundraising book being written and self-published by fans of Dunfermline Athletic.

The book covers the period 1996-2013 and over 50 ex-Pars players and managers have contributed to the project, including: Jim Leishman, Jimmy Calderwood, Jimmy Nicholl, Bert Paton, Stevie Crawford, Craig Brewster, Scott Thomson and many more. Everton manager, Davie Moyes has provided a foreword and Into The Valley is shaping up to be a comprehensive account of a triumphant and traumatic period in the club's proud history.

1,250 copies of the book are being published and sold for £10 each. The release date is planned for June 2013. All funds raised will be used to assist Dunfermline Athletic. The publishing costs for this release are being covered mainly from the proceeds of a fundraising evening at East End Park on Saturday 20th April 2013.

As part of our fundraising we have the following items available via auction and raffle at our fundraising dinner which takes place on the 20th of April. Details of the items available and how to participate are shown below.
