Dunfermline Athletic are pleased continue forging links with local charities by joining forces with Home-Start.
Home-Start (Dunfermline) is one of 33 Home-Start Schemes across Scotland and over 300 UK wide who work to support families at local level, and can tailor the support offered to families in the area.
Home-Start supports families with a child or children aged 0-5 in Dunfermline and South West Fife. They support families experiencing a wide range of difficulties and stresses including: Mental health issues (including post-natal depression), Disability/illness of parent or child, Family breakdown/relationship difficulties, Lone parents and Domestic abuse.
The partnership will see Home-Start having a trackside presence at East End Park and families receiving free season tickets to attend home matches.

Our roots are based firmly in this local community and we are passionate about helping parents to give their children the best possible start in life. We are delighted to have the support of DAFC, I have seen first-hand how committed the Football Club is to including the local community. We are excited to begin this new partnership.”
Dunfermline Athletic General Manager, Michael Mlotkiewicz said: “As a Club we are committed to doing all we can to help charities and worthy causes, particularly in our home town, we were delighted to hear about Home-Starts and how they help our local community.
