Book Signing Session

DAHT are holding a Book Signing for their Cookbook at Waterstones in the Kingsgate Centre, on Saturday 4th March, 11.00am until 1.30pm.

A number of current and ex-players are scheduled to come along. Including 1968 Scottish Cup winning captain, Roy Barry, former player and manager, Bert Paton and 70`s favourite, Bonar Mercer. As well as members from the current squad, Ben Richards Everton and Lewis Martin.

They will be happy to sign the recipe book and chat about Pars memories.

The popular cookbook contains 30 recipes, and a whole bunch of Pars history, including:

Roy Barry`s Filo-topped Fish Pie
Bert Paton`s Strawberry Shortcake
Bonar Mercer`s Goan Fish Curry
Callum Fordyce`s Lasagna al Fordyce
Joe Cardle`s Chicken Pie
Sir Alex Ferguson`s Grilled Sea Bass with Fettucine and Ratatouille Sauce

Book retails at £10 and is available on the day or from the Dunfermline Athletic Heritage Trust (http://www.daht.org.uk)
